Please Note! You will be required to put a credit card in to HOLD your appointment when booking online. You will NOT be charged at the time of booking. This is only for late cancellations/No Shows. When you come in for your appointment you can still pay with Cash, Check, Gift Card, or Credit Card.
If you are a new client you can locate the New Client Intake Form PDF on the Client Forms Tab.
If you wish to, you may print this one off and bring it in filled out instead. Please Arrive 5-10 Minutes early to go over your intake form.

I am fully vaccinated and comfortable with not wearing masks during your massage if you are as well. You can let me know in the notes section when booking your appointment.

If you are sick please do NOT come in.
Cancellation Policy:
Please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment starting time. If you fail to do so, you will be charged for the missed session. You may also be denied a session if you show up with anything contagious, or are too sick for massage to be beneficial. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notification, I may leave, and you will be charged the full amount of the session.
Gift Cards are Available In-Person and online under the E-Gift Card Tab.
